# AUTONOMOUS-REFACTOR Specification

## 2. Standard Workflow
1. **Phase 1: Exploration & Impact Analysis**
   Scan all referencing files using grep_search to extract current signatures and call sites

2. **Phase 2: Atomic Implementation**
   Apply atomic block diffs via replace_file_content. Never overwrite entire files blindly

3. **Phase 3: Verification & Closure**
   Execute local test suite (npm test) and verify builds; self-heal any syntax or type regressions
